Office Hours General office hours can be found below. We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Saturday (dates vary): 9am – 1pm Each doctor has an individual schedule, so please contact the office for more specific hours.
Appointments Our office takes pride in accommodating our patients by providing the earliest appointment date possible. As a courtesy to our staff and patients who need emergency appointments, please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule.
Location Our main office number is 212-861-9600. You may also email the office at info@dralbertlefkovits.com Our office is located at 1040 Park Avenue, on the northwest corner of 86th Street. We are conveniently located one block from the 4, 5, and 6 subway lines, which make stops at 86th Street and Lexington Avenue. Metered street parking is available and there are many nearby garages.
Insurance & Payment Information For patients seeing Dr. Lefkovits and Dr. Khorenian, payment is due at the time of service. Our office staff will gladly provide forms so that you may submit an insurance claim. Any insurance benefits will be paid directly to you. To accommodate our patients, Dr. Landau and Dr. Ligresti participate in various PPO programs. Please see the doctor’s bio section to learn more. We accept all major credit cards.
